How do I initiate a exchange?
1. Let us know! Give us a heads up by emailing us at selladm029@gmail.com
2.The item will need to be posted back to us at your expense.
3.The product must be received in it’s original condition unworn, unsoiled, unwashed and with all tags attached. Our team will inspect the return before we issue an exchange.
4. Exchanges must be applied for within 15 days from the delivery date of your package.
5. Austral Treat reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions.
